Stephaine Triplett
4 Year Olds
Mrs. Triplett is one of our 4-year-old classroom teachers. She has been a part of our Grizzly Club Staff since 2002! She has a daughter who is a teacher and twin boys! Mrs. Triplett loves the daily interactions inside her classroom, working with the students and helping them believe in themselves. She believes: “All children are capable; it’s up to us to find the way to make it click!” Mrs. Tripplet has so many fun facts about her!
She majored in Chemistry, she is barley 5' tall, loves the color blue & enjoys Mexican Food!
Jennifer Pinkerton
4 Year Olds
Mrs Pinkerton has been a part of our team since 2013. She has a Husband and two daughters and loves being spontaneous, silly and is a wonderful listener. You can see that in her teaching as she believes in “Providing an environment that allows students and families to feel accepted and comfortable while encouraging the students to explore, be challenged and find frequent success by meeting them where they are academically”.
Jen says she is an introvert turned extrovert in the right settings and loves to dance and ride rollercoasters. She loves Philly Cheesesteaks, the color green, and her cute leopard gecko she has for a pet!
Mandy Ripplinger
4 Year Olds
Mandy is one of our 4-year-old Teachers here at the Grizzly Club. She has been with our Team since Fall of 2017 and is full of love, fun and excitement when she gets to be with each of her students. She loves the quote: “The beginning are usually scary, the endings are sometimes sad, but it’s the middle that counts!” You see that is true in her teaching as her philosophy is “Make a year’s growth” and “Let them be Little”.
Mrs. Ripplinger jokes that she is not tech savvy, but she does have some fun facts about her! She is a twin; she played Collegiate Soccer & Basketball and loves to Ski! Mrs. Ripplinger is happily married to her husband Dan and they have three children together! She loves the color blue, and her favorite food is Buffalo Chicken Salad!
Tiffany Rybak
4 Year Olds
Tiffany Rybak has been with us for 5 years and is one of our 4 year old teachers. Mrs. Rybak is married with 3 children and a barn full of animals! Mrs. Rybak smiles big when she catches her students discovering something new, as if a “lightbulb” comes on in their little minds. She believes “All kids are worth the effort-- put the effort in and they will succeed. Make it fun!” You see her beliefs in her teaching as she is a reliable, supportive and fun teacher and co-worker.
Mrs. Rybak is 100% gluten-free, teaches gymnastics and enjoys spending time on her farm! Her favorite clothing is black, but she loves all bright colors, especially in their dramatic play area in their classroom!
